These Terms of Service govern your use of seoexpertpath.com and any services purchased from SEO Expert Path ("we", "us"). By purchasing a service you agree to these terms.

1. Services

We provide digital SEO services including technical SEO, content strategy, link building, keyword research, and related consulting. All services are delivered digitally. No physical goods are included. Service scope is defined at the time of purchase through the selected package or custom configuration.

2. Orders and Payment

Orders are placed and paid through our Stripe-powered checkout. Payment is required in full before work begins. Prices are displayed in Euro (EUR) inclusive of applicable taxes where required by German law. Prices include cents and are shown clearly before payment.

3. Delivery

All deliverables are delivered digitally via email or a shared document platform. Delivery timelines begin from the date your completed intake questionnaire is received, not from the payment date. Standard timelines are specified per package on the pricing page.

4. Acceptance

You agree to provide accurate information in the checkout form and intake questionnaire. Providing false or misleading information may result in project suspension without refund.

5. Intellectual Property

All original content produced for your project becomes your property upon full payment. We retain the right to reference the project type in our portfolio without disclosing client identity unless you provide written permission for attribution.

6. Limitations of Liability

We do not guarantee specific ranking positions, organic traffic volumes, or revenue outcomes. SEO results depend on factors including competition, Google algorithm changes, and website conditions outside our control. We provide professional expertise and effort, not guaranteed outcomes.

7. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Federal Republic of Germany. Disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Cologne (Koln), Germany.

8. Amendments

We may update these terms. Continued use of the site after a material update constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
