Five steps, every project.
A structured approach that removes ambiguity. You know what is happening, when it is happening, and why.
Audit
Days 1-7We access your Google Search Console and Analytics, run a full technical crawl, analyze your backlink profile, and map the current keyword landscape. Every audit is manual and specific. We do not run a tool and hand you the output. The audit is our interpretation of what is happening, why it is happening, and what is most worth addressing first. You receive a written report, not a dashboard screenshot.
Roadmap
Days 7-10Based on the audit findings, we write a prioritized roadmap. The roadmap is a plain-language document that explains what we plan to do, in what sequence, and what outcome each action is intended to produce. It is not a list of deliverables with no context. You get to review, ask questions, and request changes before we start any implementation. Nothing begins without your explicit approval of the roadmap.
Build
Weeks 2-8Technical work first. We fix the foundation before adding to it. If your site has slow pages, crawl waste, or poor internal structure, those problems reduce the value of everything else we do. After technical fixes are implemented, we move to content. New pages, improvements to existing pages, and where needed, consolidation of fragmented content. Link building begins in parallel, targeting editorial placements from relevant German-language publishers.
Track
OngoingWe set up automated weekly rank tracking for all target keywords from day one. Every four weeks you receive a narrative report: what moved, what did not, what we believe caused each change, and what we are adjusting. The report includes a traffic summary, ranking movements, new link acquisitions, and any new technical findings. You are never waiting to find out what happened.
Compound
Months 3+Good SEO work compounds over time. Content that ranks builds internal authority. Internal authority supports new rankings. New rankings attract links. We identify what is compounding and do more of it, and identify what is stalling and either fix it or redirect the effort. Every quarter we review the full strategy against the original roadmap and adjust for what the data shows. The approach should evolve with the results, not stay locked to a plan written before implementation.
Every project starts with the audit.
We do not start work without understanding what we are working with. The audit is included in every package.
