Refund Policy
We want you to have confidence when purchasing from us. This policy explains the conditions under which refunds are available for services purchased from SEO Expert Path.
1. Pre-Work Cancellation
If you cancel your project before we have sent the intake questionnaire (typically within 24 hours of payment), you are entitled to a full refund. Contact us at hello@seoexpertpath.com to initiate a cancellation.
2. Post-Intake Cancellation
After the intake questionnaire has been sent and audit work has begun, a partial refund is available based on the proportion of work not yet completed. We will provide a written statement of work completed to date to calculate the refund amount.
3. No Refund Conditions
- Projects where all agreed deliverables have been delivered
- Cancellation requests submitted more than 14 days after project start
- Projects suspended due to client failure to provide required access or information
- Hourly support hours that have been used
4. Disputed Work
If you believe a deliverable does not meet the agreed scope, contact us within 7 days of delivery. We will review and, where appropriate, revise the deliverable at no additional charge. If a resolution cannot be reached, a partial refund reflecting the disputed deliverable value may be issued.
5. Processing Refunds
Approved refunds are processed back to the original payment method within 7 business days. Stripe processing fees may be deducted from refund amounts where applicable.
