Delivery Policy
All services offered by SEO Expert Path are delivered digitally. This policy explains how and when you receive what you have purchased.
1. Digital Delivery
There are no physical goods. All deliverables - reports, audits, content, recommendations, implementation documentation - are delivered digitally via email or a shared document link.
2. Delivery Timeline
The delivery timeline begins from the date your completed intake questionnaire is received, not from the payment date. We send the questionnaire within 24 hours of receiving your payment. Typical timelines by package:
- Starter Package: full audit delivered within 7 business days
- Professional Package: audit delivered within 7 days, roadmap within 10 days, implementation begins week 2
- Elite Package: audit within 7 days, full roadmap and kickoff call within 14 days, phased implementation over 6 months
- Custom packages: timeline agreed at project start based on selected services
3. Your Responsibilities
Timely delivery depends on you providing requested access (Google Search Console, Analytics) and responding to questionnaire requests promptly. Delays in providing required information may extend delivery timelines without affecting refund eligibility.
4. Communication
All project communication is conducted by email. You will have direct email access to the team handling your project. Response time is within one business day during Monday to Friday working hours (CET).
